A delightful confection of crisp lines and floral flourishes, this distinctively designed original Jazz Age jewel presents a gorgeous square-cut cobalt blue sapphire, weighing 1.03 carats, accented east and west--in striking contrast--with a sizable pair of gleaming white and sparkling French-cut diamonds (total weight, .85 carat). The exquisite mounting is fashioned with flowers frosted with tiny single-cut diamonds, while fine hand engraving adds subtle detail to the shank. A classic Art Deco beauty in glorious blue and white. Circa the 1920s. Total diamond weight, 1.10 carats. Hand fabricated in platinum, currently ring size 5. GIA gemological report states: Heated. Inconclusive origin.
